  Dr. James A. Harrison is designated as a Civil Surgeon for the U.S. Deparment of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. By this designation, he is authorized to perform medical examination and give necessary immunization for aliens applying for adjustment of status or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card).

  Do you need a Phyiscal Exam?

  A medical examination is necessary as a part of the application process for an alien applying for adjustment of status. The purpose of the medical examination is to evaluate the applicant's health status and to determine if they have any conditions that might cause a change in status. The result of your medical exmaination will be provied to a Immigrations officer and also shared with the U.S. Health Departments and/or with cooperating medical authorities.
